Shipping, Ordering & Return Policy
Shipping is through Canada Post.
Free shipping over $75 dollars retail.
Lead time takes between 4-6 business days once payment has been processed.
For wholesale customers – Please include your invoice number when sending e-transfer payments. Invoices not paid within 48 hours will automatically be placed on hold until payment is received.
For Canadian Wholesale Customers only - Please send email money transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure that the question and answer to your security question is "What juice?" and make the answer "Premium".
All orders received after 2pm (PST) onwards and during a statutory holiday will be processed the next business day.
Please note that all charges are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
No ejuice or flavourings will be given a refund due to safety restrictions once the product has left the facility.
Attention international customers (Customers outside of the CANADA): You are responsible for knowing the laws within your country before ordering electronic cigarette related products. We are not responsible for customs issues in your country. Some Countries orders may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
